With roots in rural Utah, I grew up with a love for working with my hands, tearing things apart, figuring out how they go back together, playing any sport available, spending time with family, and of course, fishing.
With the ink still wet on my Financial Planning degree from Utah Valley University, I started at the Martin Worley Group (MWG) in December of 2017. While in school, I passed the knowledge exam of the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation. After completing the experience requirement, I received my CFP® in 2021. MWG has built me up in so many ways, but especially by allowing me to come in, be a sponge, and learn from experienced advisors who care deeply for their clients’ best interests.
Finding balance between enjoying the present moment and strategizing for a secure financial future is my favorite part of working with our clients. That “Ah-ha!” moment when a client realizes their goals are within reach is magical.
My wife Kirsten and I live in Pleasant Grove with our young son and daughter. We’re enjoying (or trying to!) every moment. We love getting out and experiencing the outdoors, especially when the opportunity to fish presents itself. A not so little-known fact, Kirsten is the master angler and always out-fishes me.
